Linda Dwinell Logan is one of a select group of women pioneers in real estate.  Beginning her career as a relocation consultant for senior executives from 1981-83, she stepped up to the plate to Century 21’s top office in New England, The Alexanders., in 1983.  Now a full service agent, The Alexanders, asked Dwinell Logan to head up its relocation department.  Recognizing her noteworthy leadership skills and single mindedness, The Alexanders asked Dwinell Logan to represent the firm within an elite network of relocation specialists from Century 21’s top performing offices across the nation.  This network, known as INRELCO or International Relocation Consultants, regularly tapped Dwinell Logan to be a featured speaker and panelist at its twice-yearly gatherings at different cities around the country. Two often-used phrases, “nothing breeds success like success” and “imitation is the greatest form of flattery,” speak to the hands-down success of INRELCOD and to Dwinell Logan’s contributions to that select network of relocation experts.  In the early 1990’s, The Alexanders asked Dwinell Logan to again represent the firm within a larger network of relocation specialists, the Employee Relocation Council.  The ERC is expanded network of recognized relocation talents from all the top real estate firms in the country.  Soon thereafter, she became one of two women in the New England area to earn the designation of Corporate Relocation Professional. In 2001, Dwinell Logan moved to Connecticut and continued her career with a small real estate firm.  Ten years later, she re-established her primary residence in Massachusetts and was delighted to join Landmark Residential, Inc. in 2011 as a broker associate. “I love the boutique ambiance and individually tailor-made services of Landmark.  Those two elements, coupled with the highly experienced, ethical, transparent and dedicated team of Landmark specialists, make it a perfect working environment for me.  I love it.  Landmark is my professional home…it works for me…it works for my clients.” Dwinell Logan’s expertise in estate properties, international relocation services, land sales, new construction, single and two family housing and condominium sales correspond well with her passion for setting up people in the right location for themselves and their families.  With over 30 years under her belt as a full service broker plus a well-earned, well tested designation as a relocation specialist, this laser-focused professional knows of what she speaks.  “Houses sell themselves.  The rest of it…schools, special classes, specific values and needs, professional and personal logistics, preferences…is the sleuthing part that I love to solve,” says Dwinell Logan.   “My goals as a real estate agent are twofold: helping the client (buyers and sellers) become happily settled and helping to execute a fair deal for all parties involved in the transaction.” Despite being an extraordinarily well-rounded, engaged community member in competitive athletics (tennis, skiing, equestrian pursuits, sailing, golf), gardening, a capella singing, bridge, Dwinell Logan says that she has a hard time balancing her professional and personal lives.  “Real estate always wins.  I need to be right there 24/7 to address any questions or concerns my clients may have.  No one knows my clients the way I do and I need to make sure their goals are met at every turn.” Dwinell Logan’s clients’ trumpet her professionalism.  “Linda…is a conscientious real estate professional…she understands properties…knows the price value…knows how to position properties…” and she was “the perfect person to work with my husband and I who had completely different ideas of what we wanted…she never pressured us…she was extremely supportive of each of our needs and wants.”  Additionally, ”…she’s quick to respond to emails/phone calls whenever a question arose…if ever the need (for a real estate professional) arose again, Linda would be our first and only call.”
